O	Oswaldo Ficacci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de 8 intentos de comunicarme por teléfono para indicarles que pasaría a recoger el paquete a ocurre y después de 10 días transcurridos por fin me toman la llamada para indicarme que no pueden hacer ya nada por que el producto ya fue devuelto, nunca se intentaron comunicar conmigo ni por mail ni por teléfono a pesar de que tienen esos datos y es un requisito proporcionarlos para que puedan atender una simple llamada. La peor experiencia en mensajería la he tenido con Fed Ex no lo usen. After 8 attempts to contact me by phone to tell them what would happen to pick up the package to occur and after 10 days have elapsed they finally take the call to indicate that they can no longer do anything because the product has already been returned, they never tried to communicate with me neither by mail nor by phone although they have this data and it is a requirement to provide them so that they can answer a simple call. Llevo más de una semana esperando un paquete del norte del país y hasta la fecha no me llega y eso que lo pagué para entrega a tres días... hoy hablé a servicio al cliente y me dice el de atención: pues mira, te voy a decir la verdad de lo que yo he visto aquí, el problema está en operaciones. Seguramente ni lo fueron a entregar y solo reportaron que tus datos estaban mal... Siempre uso Estafeta o DHL, de volada llegan por estos dos sean paquetes grandes o sobres, pero FedEx es una empresa bien puerca para trabajar. Envié un paquete y a la persona se lo dieron abierto y se robaron las cosas que contenian adentró, y que no se podía hacer nada que por no iba asegurado el paquete. Osea Fedex ubícate, si estoy pagando por un servicio mínimo haz bien tu trabajo. Y de seguro no soy el único cliente que le pasa esto, por cosas así se llevan un dinero. Sin mentiras la evidencia. I do not recommend it at all. Terrible service, horrible. If I had the 0 star rating I would put it.
