No puedes ni levantar reclamo, porque no hacen nada. Me imagino que la gente que utiliza sus servicios creen que su mercancía frágil como: pantallas, electrodomesticos etc. tendrán un cuidado especial en el almacen, pero no es así, la gran mayoría del personal avienta la mercancía sin importar que se dañe.(para realizar un trabajo rápido.) La realidad es que no cuidan de la mercancía que hay en el almacén. Es contado el personal que de verdad cuida de la mercancía como si fuera de el/ella. Les platico mi experiencia para que tengan una idea de lo que pasa en realidad con su mercancía en el almacén. En lo personal no me agradaría que hicieran eso con mi mercancía. No sé si en los demás almacenes trabajen de esta manera, pero esta fue mi experiencia. El paquete que envié se encuentra en la sucursal destino de Cuautitlán Izcalli desde el día 26 de abril y al día de hoy mayo 3 aun no lo entregan a domicilio. Prometen entregar de 3 a 4 días hábiles y después de 6 aún no cumplen. Por otro lado, no contestan al teléfono. Terrible service.
