★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención al cliente, la peor sucursal de toda Cuernavaca, todo gracias a la mala actitud de la empleada llamada Anahi, he sido cliente de FedEx por mucho tiempo, y hago muchos envíos debido a mi negocio, pero nunca me habían tratado tan mal. Anahi no sabe explicar, le brindé todos los datos correspondientes de mi guía, y no me quiso aceptar mi paquete debido a la burocracia que le dan en esa sucursal.
Después de que Anahi rechazará mi paquete, fui a otra sucursal y sin ningún problema lo recibieron.
Por el mal trato de verdad prefiero acudir a otra paquetería, me voy a DHL o Estafeta... Ojalá que FedEx haga algo al respecto con sus empleados, y los capacite de buena manera, con habilidades del servicio al cliente.
Cero recomendada esta sucursal.
Bad customer service, the worst branch in all of Cuernavaca, all thanks to the bad attitude of the employee named Anahi, I have been a FedEx customer for a long time, and I do a lot of shipments because of my business, but I have never been treated so badly. Anahi does not know how to explain, I gave her all the corresponding information from my guide, and she did not want to accept my package due to the bureaucracy they give her at that branch.
After Anahi rejected my package, I went to another branch and they received it without any problem.
Because of the bad treatment I really prefer to go to another parcel, I go to DHL or Estafeta ... Hopefully FedEx does something about it with its employees, and trains them in a good way, with customer service skills.
Zero recommended this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue una experiencia Humillante el día de hoy en las instalaciones de Fedex en Plaza Toledo, Cuernavaca.Cuando además de la desinformación y el maltrato por parte de las empleadas de allí cerca de las 6 de la tarde ,Nos echaron a mi esposa y a mi a Gritos y con una conducta Xenofobica por reclamar el derecho a ser atendidos con respeto y explicarnos las tarifas que nos quisieron Cobrar,Enunciando improperios y malas respuestas cuando reclamamos solo explicaciones de un servicio que por demás debíamos pagar á un precio puesto por ellas y sin ningún apice de buen trato.Recomiendo a la Gerencia analice la conducta de estás trabajadora s que maltratan al público y entiendo porque tienen tan malas referencias está sucursal.
It was a humiliating experience today at the Fedex facilities in Plaza Toledo, Cuernavaca. When, in addition to the misinformation and mistreatment by the employees there around 6 in the afternoon, they kicked my wife and I Shouting and with a Xenophobic behavior for claiming the right to be treated with respect and explaining the rates that they wanted to Charge us, Enunciating expletives and bad answers when we only demand explanations of a service that we had to pay for others at a price set by them and without any apex of good treatment. I recommend that the Management analyze the behavior of these workers who mistreat the public and I understand why they have such bad references in this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de presentarme en esta sucursal y me han tratado de muy mal manera incluso expresaron senofobia a toda voz. Salió una persona la cual no se identificó sin uniforme de trabajo y a gritos me corrió del lugar. De paso querían cobrarme de más en el envío que necesitaba realizar. Lean las malas opiniones q tiene el lugar y no asistan xq son más q ciertas, es más me trataron peor de lo q había leído. Este es un hecho para denunciar ante @PROFECO y la policía, una pena que no viera una patrulla cerca xq comenten actos delictivos con los clientes.
