Les molesta que entreguemos paquetes de ML, No te explican correctamente nada que ver con la Atencion de DHL y/o Estafeta. Le pedi como entregar mi paquete, y se molestaron simplemente que asi no lo pueden recibir. esa fue su contestacion. ASI LO ENTREGO EN DHL y nunca eh tenido problemas. Suc. Av. Revolucion 1140

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la zona donde se encuentran esta sucursal esta muy fea, la atención deja mucho que desear, muchas veces solo está atendiendo una sola persona con una fila de clientes, te dejan esperar mucho tiempo, y los demás empleados están chacoteando, también me ha tocado que te hacen comprar una caja para el envío cuando no lo necesita, en otras paqueterias de igual o mas prestigio puedes hacer el mismo envío en bolsa sin ningún problema, otra casa es que los rastreos se tardan en aparecer hasta un día, en fin yo no recomiendo fedex, he tenido muy mala experiencia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy Mala Atencion lleve mi paquete a las 19:00 hrs para hacer un envío. Sin siquiera mirarme o me indicaron "no tengo sistema", cosa que no me preocupo tanto, ya que vi que estaban imprimiendo guías y eso solo lo hacen con "el sistema", me pareció que era una excusa, pero como en verdad me interesaba enviar mis documentos espere....
y pregunte: -como en cuanto tiempo regresará el sistema aun falta 1 hora y media para el cierre de sucursal.
a lo que otra vez si mirarme contestaron: - no importa ya vamos a cerrar.
Obviamente eso me molesto y pedi el numero de sucursal para hacer mi reporte a FedEx a lo me contestaron:- no tiene número, no lo sabemos.
CONCLUSIÓN, NEFASTOS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomiendo este lugar porque la atención es buena y amable, así como rápida, el único inconveniente es si vas en carro, no hay donde estacionar aunque puedes detenerte un momento sobre la avenida Revolución ayuda un poco que el carril es ancho y no estorbas el otro inconveniente es la ciclopista, en fin, hay manera de solucionar estacionándote a una cuadra, con Parquímetro.
