Llegamos a las 19:45 porqué solicitamos recolección con folio QROA-139 y nunca pasaron, el jovenazo muy indignado me solicitó llegar antes de las 19:15, no creo que tengan la cantidad de trabajo cómo en sucursal Quintana para que sus colaboradores todavía pongan sus condiciones!!!!
AWFUL ATTITUDE OF SERVICE. We arrived at 19:45 because we requested collection with QROA-139 folio and they never passed, the very indignant young man asked me to arrive before 19:15, I do not think they have the amount of work as in Quintana branch so that his collaborators still put your conditions !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO! Si pides un envío al remitente dicen que intentaron ir aunque nunca se aparezcan, no llaman y causan retrasos en la entrega.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! If you ask the sender for a shipment they say they tried to go even though they never show up, they don't call and cause delivery delays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experiencia yo compré un sillón en bodega Aurrera y me lo mandaron por FedEx y para empezar no puedes gestionar la entrega, no te lo llevan el día que ellos mismos te dicen en su página y cuando llegan no tocan, no hablan ni nada como si no quisieran dejar el paquete yo la verdad no lo entiendo porque su negocio es entregar paquetes no retenerlos. Se me olvidaba su centro de atención al cliente es todo menos eso porque ni te dan solución y son pésimos en su trato con los clientes.
Horrible experience I bought an armchair in Aurrera winery and they sent it to me by FedEx and to begin with you cannot manage the delivery, they do not take it to you the day they tell you on their page and when they arrive they do not touch, they do not speak or anything as if They wouldn't want to leave the package, I really don't understand it because their business is to deliver packages and not retain them. I forgot their customer service center is anything but that because they don't even give you a solution and they are lousy in their dealings with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, supuestamente me entregaban mi paquete y de la nada lo retienen, no hay información al respecto y nadie puede ayudar. Aduana lo tiene en proceso de liberación pero no atienden llamadas y no me puedo mover de mi domicilio y sin saber a dónde recurrir. Qué horror de paquetería. Espero no lo hagan perdedizo.
Terrible service, they supposedly delivered my package and out of nowhere they retain it, there is no information about it and no one can help. Customs has it in the process of being released but they do not answer calls and I cannot move from my home and without knowing where to turn. What a horrible package. I hope they don't make it loose.
