★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo un empleado. Clientes afuera e fila, con todo el sol de frente. No vayas, vas a estar mínimo 20 minutos bajo el sol. No tienen caja especial para quien ya lleva la guía, que se demora solo 10 segundos en entregar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bastante lento, hay poca gente atendiendo para la cantidad de clientes, inclusive llevando las guías ya hechas demora, recomiendo no ir en horarios picos si estás con prisa ?
Quite slow, there are few people attending for the number of clients, even taking the guides already made delay, I recommend not going at peak times if you are in a hurry ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal platicando y no ponen atención, Itzel Concepción tuvo que volver a hacer la documentación porque no se colocaron bien los datos por estar distraída, nunca tienen cambio y es una perdida de tiempo
The staff talking and they do not pay attention, Itzel Concepción had to do the documentation again because the data was not placed correctly due to being distracted, they never have change and it is a waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lentos, habiendo 3 personas, no se apoyan para sacar el trabajo juntos, mas de 25 mins esperando acabaran de atender 1 cliente y no revisan que tienen fila esperando entrar
Very slow, there being 3 people, they do not support each other to get the job done together, more than 25 minutes waiting they will finish serving 1 client and they do not check that they have a line waiting to enter
