In my visits I like that the place is clean and tidy, I receive good treatment with respect and good humor of the ladies in charge and even more with the support and good service on their part in international shipments very patient resolving my doubts! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, si es horario corrido deberían respetar, no abren a la hora que dicen si no mucho más tarde, cierran temprano y aparte se salen a comer, o la empresa es pésima o deberían contratar otro personal en esa sucursal, personal debidamente capacitado.
Terrible, if it's regular hours they should respect, they don't open at the time they say if not much later, they close early and go out to eat, or the company is lousy or they should hire other staff in that branch, properly trained staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio deficiente, te cobran una fortuna por un envío para dia habil siguiente para que al final llegue al 2do. dia habil como servicio regular, es decir solo te robaron la diferencia de precios por querer que llegue rápido, me comenta que contacte a atención al cliente, me dejaron esperando en linea mas de 30 minutos en 2 ocasiones, así o mas ineficientes.
Poor service, they charge you a fortune for a shipment for the next business day so that in the end it reaches the 2nd. business day as a regular service, that is, they only stole the price difference for wanting it to arrive quickly, they told me to contact customer service, they left me waiting in line for more than 30 minutes on 2 occasions, like this or more inefficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atencion de servicio, la empleada que esta en el horario de la 1 pm grosera, altanera y ladina y en todas las sucursales es lo mismo con los empleados, son groseros y sin actitud de servicio además no puede ser que una empresa de envíos como FedEx no tenga sobres para envios de documentos y te dicen que tienes que comprar caja para enviarlos si no pues no te los pueden recibir. Ya no se ni que sucursal elegir por que en todas las que he ido es lo mismo. Mejor voy a cambiar de mensajería.
Terrible service attention, the employee who is at 1 pm rude, haughty and ladino and in all the branches it is the same with the employees, they are rude and without a service attitude, it also cannot be that a delivery company like FedEx does not have envelopes for sending documents and they tell you that you have to buy a box to send them, otherwise they cannot receive them. I don't even know which branch to choose because it's the same in all the ones I've been to. I'd better change messaging.
