★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio por parte del agente pero el horario no es corrido cierran de 2 a 4 y eso dificulta para quienes tenemos el mismo horario de descanso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El centro de atención está dentro de la terminal de OCC, es un espacio pequeño hacía la derecha y el personal que está en atención es muy buena persona, te atiende muy bien, aunque tarda un poco y de ahí todo es muy bueno
The service center is inside the OCC terminal, it is a small space to the right and the staff in attendance is a very good person, they take care of you very well, although it takes a while and from there everything is very good

...llegas para recoger tu paquete y no hay nadie y asi hasta que encuestras al encargado y todavia preguntas si sirve ese tel y solo se rie. En estos tiempos de covid el tel es primordial para no andar de un lado para otro y ellos lo tienen de lujo.

... you arrive to pick up your package and there is no one and so on until you find the manager and you still ask if that phone works and he just laughs. In these times of covid the tel is essential so as not to walk from one place to another and they have it luxurious.

Lentosss se hecen colas enormes, tiene políticas distintas a las que marca mercado libre para poder devolver paquetes.. pase una semana queriendo devolver un paquete y nunca encontré abierto uno. Por qué aquí dice abierto o que el horario puede variar por las fechas más no que está cerrado. Así que ya no pude devolver paquete
Terrible service. Slowly they make huge queues, they have different policies than those established by the free market to be able to return packages... I spent a week trying to return a package and I never found one open. Why does it say open here or that the schedule can vary by dates but not that it is closed. So I couldn't return package anymore
