★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es como tal una sucursal de FedEx sino algo como una franquicia. Me hicieron firmarles documentos que en la oficina central ni piden. El servicio es lento y pueden llegar a hacerse filas de hasta 10 personas por las tardes. Los chicos que trabajan sí ayudan pero de repente se les sale lo cuadrados y regañones
It is not as such a FedEx branch but something like a franchise. They made me sign documents that the central office does not ask for. Service is slow and queues of up to 10 people can get in the afternoons. The boys who work do help but suddenly the squares and scolding come out of them

Desde diciembre de 2021 quise enviar un paquete a Estados Unidos usando una cuenta destinada para el paquete, pero el personal siempre me indicaba que la cuenta no estaba activa, luego después de comunicarme con la persona a la que llegaría el paquete volvía FedEx y la respuesta era la misma y cada vez pedían más cosas, había que llevar más copias de la documentación cartas porte, etc. después de cinco ocasiones que fui preferí ir a otra sucursal, en definitiva NO RECOMIENDO esta sucursal al menos no para envíos al extranjero, para eso les recomiendo la que está frente al walmart de Sn Manuel, ahí en menos de 4 minutos del 13 de enero 2022 mi paquete fue recibido y ya casi está por llegar a su destino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus empleados de caracterizan por buscar la forma de complicarte la vida y no ayudarte a resolver las situaciones. Para ellos nada se puede, todo es imposible. Tendré que dejar de ser cliente FedEx para no tener que estar yendo a esta sucursal.
Eviten esta sucursal a toda costa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They take an eternity in order to serve you. You can easily be in a waiting line at least 2 hours. Tip: have your info like home address and phone number at hand as well as your recipient's so they can take your order faster. Also, I think it's a bit pricey, considering some of the local fee's can go up to $200 pesos.
