★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas tardes! Muy mala atención fue en el día 16/02/22 no quisieron recibir pq ya era 18:45 y que supostamente era hasta las 19:00 pero el sistema de Fedex cerra las 18:30. Hoy día 17/02/22 regrese las 11:30 am la excusas es que no sabía o que era pre pago. Muy frustrada con la atención.

Very bad attention was on 02/16/22 they did not want to receive it because it was already 6:45 p.m. and supposedly it was until 7:00 p.m. but the Fedex system closes at 6:30 p.m. Today, 02/17/22, I returned at 11:30 am, the excuse is that I did not know or that it was prepaid. Very frustrated with the attention.

Sería justo que pusieran bien el horario, tuvimos que dar doble vuelta solo porque no especifican bien su horario.
On the map it says that they open at 2 and when you arrive they have a sign that they open at 3:30.
It would be fair if they put the timetable right, we had to turn around twice just because they don't specify their timetable well.
