 Terrible hotline service. Until the third day they answered the call. And if someone calls, makes or receives shipments with you, it is because they trust you. Do not be taken advantage of or simply improve the customer service of this branch.

Well, they should just offer to park in the back for customers when the spaces in front of the store are occupied.
