★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No llegan mis paquetes, me llaman y dicen que por motivos de seguridad no pueden venir a Tecamachalco, dicen que les roban y les da anciedad.
My packages don't arrive, they call me and say that for security reasons they can't come to Tecamachalco, they say they've been robbed and they get anxious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan el teléfono y si sirve, no tienen coordinación entre el personal de mostrador y la camioneta que entrega frente a sus instalaciones ya que por el momento no hacen entregas en el área de Tecamachalco por ser zona de peligro. De verdad que pésimo servicio.
They never answer the phone and if it works, they have no coordination between the counter staff and the truck that delivers in front of their facilities since at the moment they do not deliver in the Tecamachalco area because it is a danger zone. Really bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Envíe una sudadera a esa paquetería y cuándo recogí MI PAQUETE estaba ABIERTO, se notaba a simple vista que lo habían abierto DE MANERA FORZADA en una esquina, hasta ROMPIERON EL SELLO Y LA BOLSA pues venía de mercado libre. Cuidado al enviar paquetes ahí, a parte son personas que tienen una actitud déspota y groseros, no tienen organización y sumado a ello roban artículos de los paquetes, los abren para revisarlos a ver si el contenido es de su interés; y por supuesto que los voy a reportar porqué eso no se hace.
I sent a sweatshirt to that package and when I picked up MY PACKAGE was OPEN, you could tell at a glance that it had been FORCED open in a corner, they even BROKEN THE SEAL AND THE BAG because it came from the free market. Be careful when sending packages there, besides they are people who have a despotic and rude attitude, they have no organization and in addition to this they steal items from the packages, they open them to check them to see if the content is of interest to them; and of course I am going to report them why that is not done.
