★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, sobre todo en recolección llegan frente al lugar y los operadores simplemente y porque les da la gana no se bajan por el paquete, la peor paqueteria ?
Terrible service, especially in collection, they arrive in front of the place and the operators simply and because they feel like it, they do not get off for the package, the worst parcel ?

Me notifican por medio de la app que el 31 de diciembre llegará mi paquete y que debo esperar de 9 am a 9 PM. Llamo al 01800 para pedir asesoría a la operadora pues por ser día 31 de diciembre tenía programada salida para despedir el año fuera de la ciudad y mi intención era ir a recoger el paquete directamente a la paquetería. La operadora me indica que por el tipo de paquete éste debía ser esperado en el domicilio, y no era posible pasar por el a la paquetería..
A las 2 de la tarde llamo nuevamente al 01800 para confirmar que QUE SI ME ENTREGARÍAN EL PEDIDO, pues tenía la esperanza que la entrega fuera temprano por ser día 31 de diciembre. El operador que contesta, me indica que el pedido anda en ruta y que es importante esperar en domicilio ya que al andar en ruta, este paquete debe ser entregado por parte del chófer ese día 31 a más tardar a las 9 pm. Al darme esta información el operador, me veo en la necesidad de quedarme en casa y no salir de la ciudad junto con el resto de la familia.
4.30 pm me llega una notificación. Por medio de la app indicando que el paquete se entregará el día 2 de enero.
Hablo nuevamente al 01800, la operadora levanta un reporte y en la app deja de aparecer fecha de entrega del paquete.
O sea, me hicieron perder el día, me hicieron recibir el año solo enhicieron que perdiera los boletos.
DESDE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN DEBE EXISTIR UN ERROR. LAS PERSONAS QUE DIRIGEN ESTA PAQUETERÍA NO SON LAS ADECUADAS, POR ESO LA MALA INFORMACIÓN Y EL PERSONAL HACE LAS COSAS A SU CONVENIENCIA.
NO RECOMIENDO ESTA PAQUETERÍA.

They notify me through the app that my package will arrive on December 31 and that I must wait from 9 am to 9 pm. I call 01800 to ask the operator for advice because, since it was December 31, I was scheduled to leave to say goodbye to the year outside the city and my intention was to pick up the package directly at the parcel. The operator tells me that due to the type of package it should be expected at home, and it was not possible to go through it to the parcel.
At 2 in the afternoon I call 01800 again to confirm that IF THEY WOULD DELIVER ME THE ORDER, I was hoping that the delivery would be early because it was December 31st. The operator who answers, tells me that the order is en route and that it is important to wait at home since when walking en route, this package must be delivered by the driver that day 31 no later than 9 pm. By giving me this information the operator, I find myself in the need to stay at home and not leave the city together with the rest of the family.
4.30 pm I get a notification. Through the app indicating that the package will be delivered on January 2.
I call 01800 again, the operator raises a report and the app stops showing the delivery date of the package.
I mean, they made me lose the day, they made me welcome the year, they only made me lose the tickets.
FROM THE ADMINISTRATION THERE MUST BE AN ERROR. THE PEOPLE MANAGING THIS PACKAGE ARE NOT THE RIGHT, SO THE BAD INFORMATION AND THE STAFF DO THINGS TO YOUR CONVENIENCE.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PACKAGE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tedicen una hora de entrega y faltando poco te notifican retraso y cambian para otro día uno hace planes con la fecha de la entrega y nonpuedes salir por que es incierto cuando entregan no esperan y se van luego
They give you a delivery time and with little left they notify you of a delay and change for another day, one makes plans with the delivery date and you cannot leave because it is uncertain when they deliver they do not wait and leave later

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué y estaba cerrado. Según abren a las 9:00 y un empleado de manera poco amable me dijo que abrían a las 9:30. Y estaban desayunando. Creo que por eso querían abrir más tarde.
I arrived and it was closed. According to they open at 9:00 and an employee in an unkind way told me that they open at 9:30. And they were having breakfast. I think that's why they wanted to open later.
