★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, marcas a cualquiera de las sucursales aquí en Morelia y ninguna te contestan, mi paquete ya tiene 2 días en ocurre y no se ha movido y no puedo pasar por el porque es un centro de distribución no uno de entrega. Tengo que esperarme 4 días más porque es cuando está programada la fecha de entrega. Busquen otras alternativas me lo agradecerán. Ha por cierto ponen que visitaron el lugar y en sistema aparece sin intento de entrega, empresa cerrada. Que molesto evitense eso.
Lousy service, you call any of the branches here in Morelia and none of them answer you, my package has been going on for 2 days and it hasn't moved and I can't go through it because it's a distribution center, not a delivery center. I have to wait 4 more days because that is when the delivery date is scheduled. Look for other alternatives, they will thank me. By the way, they say that they visited the place and the system shows no delivery attempt, company closed. How annoying, avoid that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor paquetería, dicen que no encuentran mi domicilio cuando hasta en Google maps aparece, después levante reporte para pasar a recogerlo yo en su sucursal y no lo respetaron y regresaron mi paquete, levante queja en su página y solo se limitan a pedir disculpas. Y yo tengo que pagar doble envío ???
The worst package, they say they can't find my address when it even appears on Google maps, then I made a report to pick it up at their branch and they didn't respect it and returned my package, I made a complaint on their page and they only limit themselves to apologizing. And I have to pay double shipping ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LA PEOR PAQUETERÍA QUE PUEDE EXISTIR... servicio de mie...da, si tienen posibilidad de usar otra paquetería más eficiente y empática como DHL o Estafeta háganlo... Fedex además de retrasados, procesos lentos, complicados, les vale madre el servicio, pura basura apática, cero soluciones al cliente, mal muy mal, de las peores experiencias...
