★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vas a pie es una sucursal cómoda rápida y práctica pero si vas en carro es horrible tener que pagar $20 pesos por una hora solo para recolectar o enviar paquetes.
 If you go on foot it is a convenient, fast and practical branch but if you go by car it is horrible to have to pay $ 20 pesos for an hour just to collect or send packages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De ser una de las mejores sucursales ahora está igual o peor que otras. Ayer una fila de más de 30 personas y más de 30 minutos en un sólo cliente. Tuve que venir un día después y ya lleva la chica 20 mins con el mismo cliente.
PÉSIMO Y HORRIBLE SERVICIO
From being one of the best branches, it is now the same or worse than others. Yesterday a line of more than 30 people and more than 30 minutes in a single client. I had to come a day later and the girl has already been with the same client for 20 minutes.

Almost 1 hour waiting, only 1 person attending, during non-peak hours, imagine during peak hours. Do not come to this branch, better not send or receive x fedex

Después tardaron 5 días para que llegara a su destino
La persona que recibe quiere que se le expliqué detalladamente de qué se trata el paquete
Entrometiendose del todo en lo que uno envía
Sin dar pie a ninguna privacidad
