★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo recomiendo cuando tienes algo urgente que enviar ya que el servicio es rápido de 2 a 3 días y manejan el envío de tipo económico, el precio es elevado pero más barato que otros del mismo giro, ahora que si vas a enviar algo y dispones de un rango de 30 días ese mejor que lo envíes en el servicio postal de correos de México el precio es 3 veces menos solo que ahí tardan de 20 días en adelante en llegar al destino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo opino que un negocio que tiene trato directo con la gente debe poner a cargo a personal profesional. Que tenga buena atención y trato, así como empatía ante las urgencias. El otro día fui y solo iba a entregar un paquete ya con guía y super pedantes. Volví a acudir porque ML me dió guía de Fedex y al formarme me dijo otro chico que si gustaba podía entregarle mi paquete y en cuanto pueda lo metía y que me podía retirar para no hacer fila. Lo dejé y en minutos me llegó notificación de que mi paquete había sido recibido en sucursal. Esto lo comento porque cuando hay una persona atenta todo fluye para bien pero cuando hay personas que van de malas, te atienden super mal, con caras y contestaciones burdas. Por eso comento que, el buen trato debe de ser parejo por todo el personal de Fedex, porque eso motiva a seguir utilizando Fedex por encima de otras tantas opciones para envíos de paqueteria. Saludos
I think that a business that deals directly with people should put professional staff in charge. That you have good attention and treatment, as well as empathy in the face of emergencies. I went back because ML gave me a Fedex guide and when I got in line another boy told me that if I wanted I could give him my package and as soon as I could I would put it in and that I could leave so as not to stand in line. I left it and in minutes I received notification that my package had been received at the branch. I mention this because when there is an attentive person, everything flows for the better, but when there are people who are bad, they treat you very badly, with coarse faces and answers. That is why I comment that good treatment must be equal by all Fedex personnel, because that motivates us to continue using Fedex over many other options for parcel shipments. Greetings
