El aforo permitido dentro de la sucursal es de 1 persona por turno. Evita ir acompañado o te tendrán que esperar afuera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio está bien, la velocidad de atención depende mucho del cliente que esté antes de ti. Yo les recomiendo que si van a enviar un paquete lleven su RFC y el RFC de la persona que recibe el paquete, vi a dos personas delante de mi que tuvieron que regresar porque no llevaban dicha información. En cuanto a mi atención fue bastante breve pero buena ya que solamente iba a regresar un paquete y ya contaba con la guía de regreso. También sugiero que vayan con tiempo ya que si el cliente que está delante de ustedes es algo problemático van a tener que esperar un buen rato.
The service is fine, the speed of attention depends a lot on the client who is before you. I recommend that if you are going to send a package, bring your RFC and the RFC of the person receiving the package. I saw two people in front of me who had to return because they did not have that information. As for my attention, it was quite brief but good since I was only going to return a package and I already had the return guide. I also suggest that you go with time because if the client in front of you is something problematic you will have to wait a long time.
