★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato de su personal no es muy amable y en temas de productos entregados de mercado libre, tardan en registrar tus productos lo cual causa retardo en la plataforma aunque se entreguen a tiempo.
The treatment of their staff is not very friendly and in matters of products delivered from the free market, they take time to register your products which causes a delay on the platform even if they are delivered on time.

They do not tell you that the maximum time to receive packages is at 6:30 pm and in a bad way they explain to you, update the fedex page

Es la 1ra vez que envío un paquete por aqui, envíe medicinas a EU con sus respectivas recetas y sí me advirtieron que podría tener problemas por aduana (aunque yo ya he enviado antes por otra paqueteria y no habia tenido ningún problema solo q es mas tardado). Me dijeron que llegaba en 2 días y que en caso de tener un inconveniente ellos se comunicaban conmigo. Pues ya pasaron 4 días y el paquete no ha salido siquiera de la sucursal en la que lo dejé y ni siquiera se han comunicado para decirme por que. La persona necesita sus medicinas pronto por eso las envíe por ahi, de haber sabido mejor las envío por otro medio y mucho más barato que fedex.

It is the 1st time that I send a package here, I send medicines to the US with their respective prescriptions and they did warn me that I could have problems through customs (although I have already sent before for another package and I had not had any problem only that it is longer ). They told me that it would arrive in 2 days and that in case of having a problem they would contact me. Well, 4 days have passed and the package has not even left the branch where I left it and they have not even contacted me to tell me why. The person needs their medicines soon so I send them there, if I knew better I send them by other means and much cheaper than fedex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan el teléfono y te traen a puras vueltas que por qué el paquete no a llegado y en la app te mandan la notificación que si está disponible para si retiro
They never answer the phone and they bring you in a hurry asking why the package hasn't arrived and in the app they send you the notification that it is available for pick-up
