★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar muy concurrido, hay que esperar lo suficiente aveces, el personal que me atendió fue muy amable y no pude realizar mi envío y tuve que regresar pero con su explicación me bastó para hacer el envío de manera correcta y si ninguna complicación lo realicé.

Si llevas un pedido de mercado libre no olvides llevar dos juegos de copias adicionales al que trae pegado la caja, ya que una se la quedan ellos y otra te la dan a ti como comprobante de entrega. Aclaro tienen que ser las dos hojas (la hoja donde vienen ambas guias & la hoja donde se declara el contenido del paquete). Además te embalan tu paquete ahí con un costo y te regalan las pegatinas de fragil por si llevas algo que pueda romperse en tu paquete.
Very good customer service and they serve you quickly. If you have a free market order, do not forget to bring two additional sets of copies to which the box is attached, since one is kept by them and another is given to you as proof of delivery. I clarify they have to be the two sheets (the sheet where both guides come & the sheet where the contents of the package are declared). They also pack your package there at a cost and give you fragile stickers in case you have something that can break in your package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, solo recomiendo enviar tus paquetes lo mas protegidos posible, ya que los mensajeros no son tan cuidadosos por más que le pongas etiquetas de "Frágil" por todas partes al producto, o por más que vaya bien embalado tu producto. Me tocó ver una vez cuando descargaban un camión como una caja que literalmente venía recubierta por etiquetas de FRAGIL por todas partes y en grande.. la tiraban sobre otras cajas como si fuera una caja vacía.
Good service, I only recommend sending your packages as protected as possible, since the couriers are not so careful no matter how much you put "Fragile" labels everywhere on the product, or no matter how well your product is packed. I had to see once when they unloaded a truck like a box that was literally covered with FRAGIL labels everywhere and in a big way... they threw it on top of other boxes as if it were an empty box.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO! Me mandaron a sacar copia para poderme dar mi acuse, cuando yo llevaba la mía y la del paquete, Si ellos necesitan una copia pues ellos se la deberían sacar su copia.
Anteriormente el servicio era bueno pero ahora, aunque te digan bienvenido a la entrada te atienden sin interés. En cuanto a las horribles instalaciones aquí les dejo fotos para que vean que hasta parece un edificio abandonado, está lleno de monte y la entrada principal medio cerrada para que uno entre por el asqueroso estacionamiento inundado; ya no es el FEDEX bonito y servicial que llegó a Villahermosa, ahora es feo y te atienden mal. No vayan no lo recomiendo, es un asco.
APPALLING! They sent me to make a copy to be able to give me my acknowledgment, when I brought mine and the package, If they need a copy, they should make their copy for them.
Previously the service was good but now, even if they say welcome at the entrance, they serve you without interest. As for the horrible facilities, here I leave you photos so you can see that it even looks like an abandoned building, it is full of mountains and the main entrance half closed so that one can enter through the disgusting flooded parking lot; It is no longer the nice and helpful FEDEX that came to Villahermosa, now it is ugly and they treat you badly. Do not go I do not recommend it, it is disgusting.
