★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi paquete ya está en comitan pero aún así no me lo traen a mi domicilio, en la página en atención a clientes no te solucionan nada solo dicen que el paquete ya está aquí, en el número de teléfono nunca contestan yo pagué por el servicio a domicilio y es la fecha que no me vienen a dejar mi paquete, nadie que conteste las llamadas y nadie que brinde atención personalizada pésimo servicio no pienso volver a contratarlos y no lo recomiendo a nadie
My package is already in committee but they still do not bring it to my home, on the customer service page they do not solve anything they only say that the package is already here, in the phone number they never answer I paid for the service to address and it is the date that they do not come to leave me my package, no one to answer the calls and no one to provide personalized attention, terrible service I do not plan to hire them again and I do not recommend it to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Send a Package from United States to Mexico and everything went really good and the most important part was that nothing was stolen or broken. I will be shipping international stuff again in the future. Plus I also had the help of customer service they did a pretty good job also.
