★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No aceptan pedidos preparados con guía impresa, ponen peros y piden de que cuenta de género cuando toda la información viene en la etiqueta, pésima atención de la muchacha gordita

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, envíe un paquete y algún trabajador se robó lo que contenía adentro , solo entregaron la caja vacía y aparte de descarados volvieron a cerrar la caja con otra cinta y a pesar de que tenía pruebas de que fue problema de su servicio no me dieron una solución ,hice todo su proceso de mandar un escrito y evidencias al agente de búsqueda que supuestamente "me ayudaría con el problema causado por sus servicios" y le he enviado muchos correos y la verdad es que no he recibido respuesta donde me den una solución justa y marco a la paquetería y me vuelven a decir que mande correos , la verdad tienen una pésima atención al cliente en tanto a la solución de los problemas causados por su servicio de paquetería y también deberían de tener trabajadores que sean honestos y no rateros y hagan bien su trabajo .
Les dejo mi mala experiencia con esta sucursal de FedEx y espero que no les pase lo mismo que a mi .
Es una lástima que paguemos por un buen servicio y tengan personal que son amantes de lo ajeno .
Terrible service, I sent a package and some worker stole what it contained inside, they only delivered the empty box and apart from cheeky they closed the box again with another tape and despite the fact that I had proof that it was a problem with their service they did not give me a solution, I went through the entire process of sending a letter and evidence to the search agent that supposedly "would help me with the problem caused by their services" and I have sent them many emails and the truth is that I have not received a response where they give me a fair solution and I dial the parcel and they tell me again to send emails, the truth is that they have terrible customer service in terms of solving the problems caused by their parcel service and they should also have workers who are honest and not thieves and do well your work.
I leave you my bad experience with this FedEx branch and I hope the same thing doesn't happen to me.
It is a pity that we pay for a good service and have staff who are lovers of other people's things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Tengo esperando un paquete más de 7 días hábiles. Además de que tienen asesores telefónicos ineficientes. Empresas externas que no saben lo que es el valor de la responsabilidad de la entrega al cliente.
Terrible service. I have a package waiting for more than 7 business days. Plus they have inefficient phone consultants. Outside companies who don't know what the value of customer delivery responsibility is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de la Suc. Quise embarcar 1 arnés y la repuesta es solo con guía. Día sábado 1.40pm. no vi ningún mensaje que diga eso y en ninguna sucursal me habían negado el servicio. Me parece es mejor que digan que se quieren ir puntual a las 2pm
Terrible service from the Suc. I wanted to ship 1 harness and the answer is only with a guide. Saturday day at 1:40 p.m. I did not see any message that says that and in no branch had they denied me the service. I think it is better that they say that they want to leave on time at 2pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus Oficinas estan ubicadas en el alamo industrial, si vienes en auto puedes ingresar para que puedas estacionarte en la parte de afuera.
Normalmente suelen tener muchos paquetes, pero el servicio por parte de los ejecutivos es eficiente.
Definitivamente es mejor venir en auto, es muy complicado si intentas llegar en transporte a esta sede.
Its offices are located in the industrial poplar, if you come by car you can enter so you can park outside.
They usually have many packages, but the service from the executives is efficient.
It is definitely better to come by car, it is very complicated if you try to get to this venue by transport.

When i showed up, they told me i had to call a different number to let them know i was going to pick it up so they can have it ready. Finally they told me that it was a security guard that initially answered my call and didn't give me correct information.
