★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alguien más a perdido o extraviado paquetes aquí, porque de verdad si alguien pierde, te hacen esperar demasiado, llevo casi 2 meses desde que se perdió y no me dan respuesta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hace como dos semanas a dejar un paquete para su envío y la persona que me atendió fue muy grosera, mal educada y con un mal carácter, me atendió de mala gana, como si me fuera a regalar su servicio. A una persona que quería entrar para hacer un envío, le dijo con voz fuerte y grosera "¿qué quiere?, ¿a dónde lo va a mandar?, me voy a tardar", la persona mejor se fue a otra sucursal me imagino yo. Ojala cambien de personal en esa sucursal.
I went about two weeks ago to leave a package for shipment and the person who attended me was very rude, bad mannered and with a bad character, he treated me reluctantly, as if he were going to give me his service. To a person who wanted to enter to make a shipment, he said in a loud and rude voice "what do you want? Where are you going to send it? I'm going to be late", the best person went to another branch, I imagine myself . Hopefully they change personnel at that branch.
