★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen trabajadores que no tienen cuidado con los paquetes, aunque diga en la caja que es frágil, no les importa, los avientan y les llegan dañados al comprador.
They have workers who are not careful with the packages, even if it says on the box that it is fragile, they don't care, they throw them and they arrive damaged to the buyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I send a pack from nj to guadalajara last week.. got a charge of 200 dollars then pack didnt arrive till 2 weeks later.. and the day of arrive my gf hd to pay another 200 dollars for international taxes!! Just crazy!!! Fed ex was horrible... never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst thing in Guadalajara is FedEx service. They don't deliver packages , if you call, they can't find it and tell you some stories but not help. DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL Company.
If you order something online, ensure not FedEx is used, ask for DHL !!!!!!
