Me respondieron que no sabían porque el repartidor no entregó un paquete que tenía fecha para el día 29 de abril, habiendo llegado el día 28 a su bodega.
Feliz Día del niño fedex!
 A trash.
They replied that they did not know because the delivery man did not deliver a package that was dated for April 29, having arrived on the 28th at their warehouse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are 37 comments about this Fedex office and MOST of them are complaints!!! The office closes at 2 pm every day - WHY?? The office never returns phone calls - WHY?? The office does NOT deliver packages - WHY?? I will be calling the VP of Operations (Latin America) in Memphis - to discuss this office and their TERRIBLE *CUSTOMER SERVICE*!!! I want ANSWERS!!! My advise to everyone is to use DHL in the future!! I am a former Fedex manager in Bermuda!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These employees charged my debit card after I refused their service because their price was grossly exaggerated. They were trying to charge me over $50.00 dollars in pesos and I declined the service. After I got home this evening my bank in the USA reported to me that FEDEX charged my debit card for $49.50 even after I declined their service and withdrew all the paperwork that was being prepared for the transaction and left their store. I will be returning to Guaymas and seeking a police escort to go with me to the store to get these charges refunded. I would advise all to avoid doing business with these people.
