★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, mi paquete segun esta en esa estacion desde el dia 12 de diciembre y hoy 5 de enero es la fecha que no me ha llegado, si compran por mercado libre pidan de favor que no se los manden por esta paqueteria, la verdad que decepcion me urge el paquete y no llega. Aparte les marcas a las oficinas y no te contestan para nada. Si no me llega hoy tendre que viajar 100km para ver que paso con mi paquete ya que nadie da la cara. El envio me aparece en "trancito" desde el dia 12 y nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Va a tener un mes que me mandaron un paquete y aún no puede llegar está en Tuxtepec desde el 24 de diciembre 2020 de l envió me lo hicieron el 20 de diciembre y hoy ya es 15 de enero 2021 y aún nada ya mande correos a FedEx y solo me piden mil disculpas marco a FedEx de Tuxtepec Oxaca y no responden ya hablé a FedEx de México y me dicen que se reporte a mercado libre y solo dice que está en tránsito según llegaba entre el 29 de diciembre y el 5 de enero después del 5 de enero al 7 después del 7 de enero al 11 y como máximo hoy 15 de enero del 2021...
Y ya se va a comenzar el paquete que se envió y aún no llega ni dan razón de él...espero respuestas pronto
