★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff. However, this was the worst experience in my life. I shipped two boxes of clothing from the US to Mexico using Fedex but never received my clothes due to the Mexican customs. I made several trips to find out when I would receive my boxes and no one had the slightest clue why two boxes filled with clothes could not clear customs.
Long story short, I end up having my boxes of clothes shipping back to Illinois.
If you are going ship anything to Mexico...DO NOT SHIP IT THROUGH FEDEX because it won't get there. Use DHL or any other RELIABLE shipping service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google does not allow to attach photos with negative review. But I want yo say "Thank you". I paid you more than 180$ USD + tips + taxes to get the destroyed package.
And what is interesting, Damaged claim service works only in USA or Canada and they don't care about Mexico. "Very nice", guys!
