 They don't open at 9:30 am I'm outside and it's still closed, only an employee came and got in, terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mala atención, no conocen sus políticas y cuando pides que las muestren por escrito, no lo hacen y sólo te dicen que así son las cosas. Fui a otra sucursal y me brindaron el servicio sin ningún pero. Me dio la impresión que por llegar 20 minutos antes del cierre no quisieron realizar mi solicitud.
Terrible service, bad attention, they don't know their policies and when you ask them to show them in writing, they don't do it and they only tell you that this is how things are. I went to another branch and they gave me the service without any but. I got the impression that because I arrived 20 minutes before closing they didn't want to make my request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De los mejores Fedex, siempre suelo ir en la tarde, después de las 3. Reciben muy bien mis paquetes y los chicos son muy amables. Muy recomendable.
Además cuentan con estacionamiento, que ayuda mucho al ser avenida principal.
One of the best Fedex, I always go in the afternoon, after 3. They receive my packages very well and the guys are very kind. Highly recommended.
They also have parking, which helps a lot as it is the main avenue.
