★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un teléfono anunciado para atención a clientes más sin embargo no responden!! Quiero confirmar horarios para ir a recoger un paquete que no se me entregó debido a incumplimiento de mensajero.
 They have a phone advertised for customer service but they do not answer !! I want to confirm times to go to pick up a package that was not delivered due to courier failure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ abren de 10am a 2pm y de 4pm a 8pm... pero solo etiquetan paquetes y reciben hasta las 7 pm despues solo e para recoger paquetes
They open from 10am to 2pm and from 4pm to 8pm ... but they only label packages and receive until 7 pm afterwards only to pick up packages

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato es bueno pero necesitan contratar a más personas ya que en ocasiones hay que esperar a quien se encarga de recibir los paquetes porque sale a hacer diligencias de su mismo trabajo.
The treatment is good but they need to hire more people since sometimes you have to wait for the person in charge of receiving the packages because they go out to do errands for their own work.

Y tenía otro paquete por llegar hoy mismo y me marca que lo entregaron y aún no me entregan nada a mi
The box arrived all beat up and half open, fortunately everything came but some things arrived broken
And I had another package to arrive today and it tells me that they delivered it and they still haven't delivered anything to me

It is not one of the best but they fulfill their function, the employees are friendly and the attention is good, the speed still needs improvement but they do their job well.
