★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, extraviaron un paquete que envíe, tuve que reponer al 100% el producto y además pagar nuevamente el envío y no te dan solución al levantar un reclamo, no te sellan la guía ni te dan comprobante de recolección en caso de haber llevado un paquete con guía prepagada, no lo recomiendo para guías prepagadas el paquete que te puse tenía un costo de 2mil y se envió por Fedex por la confianza a la empresa pero preferí cambiar a DHL
 Bad service, they lost a package that I sent, I had to replace the product 100% and also pay the shipment again and they do not give you a solution to raise a claim, they do not seal the guide or give you proof of collection if you have taken a package with prepaid guide, I do not recommend it for prepaid guides the package that I put you had a cost of 2mil and was sent by Fedex for the trust to the company but I preferred to change to DHL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubicación de maps mal colocada hay que corregir eso no te manda a la ubicación que realmente es. Es hasta el puente San Mateo no al puente de sendero.
Badly placed maps location must be corrected that does not send you to the location that it really is. It is to the San Mateo bridge not to the trail bridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es bastante aceptable y ágil. Lo no tan bueno es que lugar para estacionar no hay uno oficial (te estacionas al límite de la vialidad y la acera) lo que provoca que no siempre haya oportunidad de estacionar de manera fácil
The service is quite acceptable and agile. The not so good thing is that there is no official parking place (you park at the edge of the road and the sidewalk) which means that there is not always the opportunity to park easily

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me cobraron a un destino para al día siguiente y resulta que en el destino final no hay entregas para el jueves solo lunes , miércoles y viernes, así que me chingo porque hasta las 6 pm tienen para entregar cuando yo pedí el servicio expresss y eso no me dijeron cuando solicite el el envío. Todavía que te roban no contestan ninguna sucursal el teléfono, intente muchas veces y el que me contesto fue el destino final pero el de inicio nomas no son dignos de contestar. La verdad piensen antes de solicitar dicho servicio.
Terrible service, they charged me to a destination for the next day and it turns out that at the final destination there are no deliveries for Thursday, only Monday, Wednesday and Friday, so I'm screwed because they have until 6 pm to deliver when I asked for the express service and that they did not tell me when I requested the shipment. Even if they rob you, no branch answers the phone, I tried many times and the one that answered me was the final destination, but the one at the beginning is just not worthy of answering. The truth think before requesting this service.
