★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta sucursal fui a dejar mi paquete que era una impresora grande y al destinatario le está llegando una caja de zapatos vieja , tuvieron el descaro de cambiar la guía de una caja con un pesos de más de 17 kilos por una caja que pesaba ni un 1 kilo . Cómo es posible que dejamos un paquete en esta sucursal y ahora llegue otra cosa y lo pero que marcamos a fedex y ahora no se hacen responsables y el valor de este equipo es de $22000 pesos tengan cuidado al color se sus guías péguelas no solo con su disque bolsa pónganle más y saquen fotos de evidencias lo peor de esto que en su reporte dice que en la guía pertenece a una impresora son unos rateros quiero hablar con alguien que nos dé una solución

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues me sorprendió debía enviar un paquete a morelos desde la ciudad de México, eran documentos y en DHL salia al doble de lo que me cobraron aquí, muy recomendable.
Well, I was surprised that I had to send a package to Morelos from Mexico City, they were documents and DHL cost twice what they charged me here, highly recommended.

Creo que cierran de 1:30 a 2:30 PM. No hay avisos de horario. Llegamos y estaba cerrado.
Estacionarse a media cuadra en calle contigua porque es eje vial. Las instalaciones no son adecuadas para la atención.
Finalmente cumplen con 3 estrellas, y podrían alcanzar las 4 con algunas modificaciones y 5 estrellas con otro local.
