★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio de parte de la señora que me atendió, llegue al local lo mas puntual que pude creo 9:10 y ya estaban adentro del este mismo y no abrieron hasta su horario correspondiente para que me dijeran que mis guías eran para hacer fraude tuve que venir a otro fedEx de otro lado y ahí me atendieron sin problemas sin caras y sin trabas enserio que mala experiencia con ese fedEx de Xotepingo no lo recomiendo para nada
Terrible service from the lady who attended me, I arrived at the place as punctually as I could, I think 9:10 and they were already inside the same and they did not open until their corresponding time so that they told me that my guides were to make fraud I had to Come to another FedEx from another place and there they treated me without problems without faces and without hindrances, seriously what a bad experience with that FedEx in Xotepingo I do not recommend it at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me dieron mi papeleta al momento me dicen que no hay sistema y que tarda mucho tiempo pésimo servicio la que está en el local solo está ablando por teléfono con su novio y no me atiende intenté reportarla y me dijeron que ese problema lo solucionará directa mente con ella como está eso que fracaso de servicio.
They did not give me my ballot right away they tell me that there is no system and that it takes a long time lousy service the one at the premises is only talking on the phone with her boyfriend and she does not answer me I tried to report her and they told me that she will solve this problem directly How is that with her, what a failure of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta opinión es sobre este lugar especialmente. Buena atención pero hace falta mucha capacitación a sus empleados de mostrador, reconozco que si puso mucho empeño, trato amable. En cuanto al call center ahí si les doy mil estrellas, me escucharon, orientaron y explicaron de una excelente manera. Si recomiendo el servicio al 100 % porq cumplieron bien su trabajo.
This review is about this place especially. Good attention but a lot of training is needed for their counter employees, I recognize that if they put a lot of effort, they treat me kindly. As for the call center there, if I give them a thousand stars, they listened to me, guided me and explained in an excellent way. I do recommend the service 100% because they did their job well.
