★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me mandaron un paquete, nunca se comunicaron conmigo, paso la fecha programada de entrega, me comunico y que ya lo pasaron a un área que se llama abandono que porque no dieron con mi domicilio y ahora después de que me comunico debo esperar cinco días hábiles para que me digan si me lo pueden enviar nuevamente o para que lo recoja en una sucursal.
They sent me a package, they never communicated with me, it passed the scheduled delivery date, I contacted them and they already transferred it to an area called abandonment because they did not find my address and now after I communicate I have to wait five business days so that they can tell me if they can send it to me again or so that I can pick it up at a branch.

Fui 2 veces, la primera a pedir información sobre embalaje y características para un envío internacional, me atendieron muy amables y no se desesperaron como en otros lugares de color amarillo o rojo, por no decir marcas ?? Mi segunda visita fue para ya entregar el paquete e igual me ayudaron de buen modo, sobre todo también vi a personas que sabían mucho menos que yo ser atendidas de igual o mejor manera, cosa que con una paquetería suele ser difícil o de “ suerte”. Felicidades, la mejor sucursal que he visitado en Xalapa.
Excellent care and customer service. Very happy. I went twice, the first to ask for information about packaging and characteristics for an international shipment, they treated me very kindly and did not despair like in other places of yellow or red color, not to mention brands ?? My second visit was to deliver the package and they helped me in a good way, especially I also saw people who knew much less than me being treated in the same or better way, something that with a package is usually difficult or "lucky". Congratulations, the best branch I have visited in Xalapa.
