★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es común que estén cortos de personal, pero ofrecen servicio atento. Es complicado estacionarse, pero es comprensible por la zona, recomiendo mucho más tomar transporte público para ir y regresar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetencia total. 5 años enviando con FedEx y esta sucursal PRIMERA Y ÚLTIMA VEZ que voy, aceptan los paquetes y no lo envían por tener protecciones externas, INCOMPRENSIBLE.
Me tocó llevar el paquete a otra sucursal y sin problema hicieron el trabajo como corresponde.
Deberían capacitarlos mejor a ver si así hacen un buen trabajo.
Total incompetence. 5 years sending with FedEx and this branch FIRST AND LAST TIME that I go, they accept the packages and do not send it because they have external protections, INCOMPREHENSIBLE.
I had to take the package to another branch and they did the job properly without any problem.
They should train them better to see if they do a good job that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lentos y un poco ineficientes pero es lo que hay, tienen varios mostradores para atender y solo usan uno, cuando llevas envíos con guía, te dan muchas vueltas para recibirtelo por las cuentas qué emiten las guías, eso debería ser problema de ellos y no de el cliente, su estacionamiento ni estacionarse porque es muy pequeño, mejor buscar estacionamiento en calles aledañas, la señorita que usa anteojos por favor denle un curso de nuevo de como atender y usar los servicios de la paqueteria porque si es muy pero muy incompetente.
