★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agende mi mañana y en la página dice que abre 9am y me quedo perfecto venir antes de trabajar, son 9:40 y sigue cerrado, a pesar que los empleados pusieron sus horarios a mano sobre los oficiales diciendo que abren 9:30 y no así... Pésimo servicio
 Schedule my morning and on the page it says that it opens 9am and it would be perfect to come before work, it is 9:40 and it is still closed, despite the fact that the employees put their schedules by hand on the officers saying that they open 9:30 and not like that ... Terrible service

EDICIÓN: El día de hoy solo hubo una persona dando TODA la atención. A pesar de que traje guía tuve que esperar a que se documentara y esperar a las demás personas. Sin mentir estuve en la sucursal más de 80 minutos!!
Excellent attention
EDIT: Today there was only one person giving ALL the attention. Even though I brought a guide, I had to wait for him to check in and wait for the other people. Without lying I was in the branch for more than 80 minutes!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fedex is the WORST option when it comes to the alleged "express courier" delivery. Not only do they generally charge at least double of other delivery services, they regularly make ZERO attempts to deliver the goods, have drivers passing by an address or neighborghood and reporting complete FALSE and madeup lies about the clinent not being home, so that they after 3 delivery attempts can say they did "everything they could to deliver but it's the customers fault" that the package coule not be delivered. When you try to call their "customer service" number, most times the call is either disconnected automatically "because of too heavy telephone traffic" at the time of call, or you get to talk to some junior officer who can't do anything and will do everything possible to NOT file any official report of complaint and NOT make any follow up. Fedex is a FRAUD and should be prohibbitted from operating in Mexico.
