R	Rosa Aguilera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No le doy ninguna estrella xq le entregaron mi paquete a otra persona y que para variar esa persona abrió mi paquete, no se tomaron la molestia de marcar al número de la etiqueta antes de abrir el paquete, me quise comunicar a la paquetería por teléfono y sonó muchísimas veces pero nunca contestaron, incluso una vez sonó ocupado, tuve que ir para levantar el reporte de que le entregaron a otra persona y todavía tengo que esperar otros 3 días más para que solucionen ese problema, les pregunté si los que recibieron le ocasionaron un daño a mi paquete y solo dicen que si quiero no lo reciba o si lo recibo y trae daño se lo notifique a la tienda donde hice mi compra, en pocas palabras ellos no se hacen responsables. MUY MAL SERVICIO!!!!! ?????
