★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La recepción de mi paquete fue muy rápida, aún no llebava la etiqueta pegada pero el empleado lo resolvió colocando una bolsa adherible donde solo introdujo la guía.
 The reception of my package was very fast, it still did not have the label attached but the employee solved it by placing a sticky bag where he only inserted the guide.

Y solamente 1 esta atendiendo
Los demás se pierden en la computadora
O se meten a bodega y ya no salen
Cuando hay una fila de 8 personas esperando (muchas mejor se fueron al DHL de alado)
Cuando es tu turno de ser atendido
Te dicen que el sistema está lento y que recomiendan guías prepagadas
Ya que porfín logran atenderte y recabar datos
Te dicen que no pueden enviarlo por que el Destinatario no tiene RFC...
Siendo que solo iba a enviar un balón de fútbol...
Solo te hacen perder el tiempo
Mejor me salí y en DHL de alado me atendieron super bien...

At the window there are 3 people from Fedex
And only 1 is attending
The others get lost in the computer
Or they go into the cellar and no longer come out
When there is a line of 8 people waiting (many better went to the wing DHL)
When it is your turn to be attended
They tell you that the system is slow and that they recommend prepaid guides
Since they finally manage to assist you and collect data
They tell you that they cannot send it because the Recipient does not have an RFC ...
Being that I was only going to send a soccer ball ...
They just waste your time
Better I left and in alado DHL they treated me super well ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los jóvenes que ahí laboran son poco atentos y en ocasiones se pude decir que hasta groseros, todo el tiempo tienen música a todo volumen y tiene uno que estar gritando para ser escuchado a la hora de estar dando los datos para el envío y lo peor que muy seguido, según ellos no hay sistema! Y en ocasiones hasta cierran por una o dos horas! ( Pésimo servicio)
The young people who work there are inattentive and sometimes even rude, they have music at full volume all the time and one has to be screaming to be heard when giving the data for the shipment and the worst thing that very often, according to them there is no system! And sometimes they even close for an hour or two! ( Terrible service)
