★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar pequeño para atender a dos personas de manera simultánea, sin embargo, por pandemia se atiende a uno. El servicio del día siguiente llega después sde las 14 hrs. Se ubica en una plaza pequeña que cuenta con farmacia, y una maderería.
 A small place to serve two people simultaneously, however, due to a pandemic, one is served. The next day service arrives after 2pm. It is located in a small square that has a pharmacy, and a lumberyard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No estaba en casa y pasé x sus oficinas, muy buena atención salvo que dejaron el paquete en otra oficina y no la que había solicitado. Rápida y excelente atención en oficinas Caucel, recomiendo y pido a FedEx que la haga oficial así puedo ir a allí a levantar mis paquetes ?
I was not at home and I passed by their offices, very good service except that they left the package in another office and not the one I had requested. Fast and excellent attention at Caucel offices, I recommend and ask FedEx to make it official so I can go there to pick up my packages ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio lento, solo había una persona atendiendo y un cliente dentro de la sucursal (con 3 paquetes aprox), pero estaban más platicando que otra cosa, esperé unos 15 minutos en la puerta, llegó otra empleada y literal me atendió en 1 minuto. Si hay gente en la puerta tantita empatía, a platicar al parque.?
Slow service, there was only one person attending and one client inside the branch (with 3 packages approx), but they were more talking than anything else, I waited about 15 minutes at the door, another employee arrived and literally attended me in 1 minute. If there are people at the door with so much empathy, let's talk to the park.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Intl. package was received one day late at the FedEx office in Canek. I was never called or informed in any way, had to track it myself. Fedex will not deliver at home...I have to go get the package. This is not the usual excellent FedEx customer service that I was use to, be prepared not to receive your package on time.
