★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre que me llega algo por fedex es seguro que está retrasado, mínimo 2-3 días después, no sé porque siguen usando está paquetería, además de que siempre tienen un desastre con los paquetes (tanto en CUU como en JRZ), si se pudiera no dar ninguna estrella, lo haría ?
 Whenever something arrives by fedex, it's sure to be delayed, at least 2-3 days later, I don't know why they continue to use this package, plus they always have a disaster with the packages (both in CUU and in JRZ), if you could don't give any stars, I would ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un poco tardado el servicio, pero me gustó que solo entregan la paquetería en el domicilio y si por alguna razón no se encuentra uno, le dan otras opciones para que pueda recoger su paquetería.
The service was a bit slow, but I liked that they only deliver the parcel at home and if for some reason there is no one, they give you other options so that you can pick up your parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre es el mismo problema con esta paquetería, al menos en Chihuahua, nunca contestan el teléfono, tardan un buen en llevarte el paquete siendo que ya tiene en la oficina 3 días, pésima atención, por eso odio que me manden mis paquetes por FEDEX, siendo que el mismo paquete por cualquier otra paquetería me llega en tiempo y forma y con FEDEX hasta 3 días mas por el mismo paquete.
It is always the same problem with this parcel, at least in Chihuahua, they never answer the phone, they take a long time to take the package to you since they already have 3 days in the office, terrible attention, that's why I hate that they send me my packages by FEDEX, being that the same package for any other package reaches me in a timely manner and with FEDEX up to 3 more days for the same package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían de tener por temas de. contingencia , la opción de que algún empleado ( temporalmente ) resiviera , entregara tu pedido sin necesidad de bajarte del auto , esto ayudaría a evitar conglemeraciones , las.sucursales suelen ser muy pequeñas , y no se ocupa algo más.grande , o otro tip podría ser que se antocipe uno marque y ya cuando llegue tengan que solo scanear ellos sin. Necesidad de bajarte se tu auto o.didi.
They should have by themes. contingency , the option that an employee ( temporarily ) resides , delivers your order without having to get out of the car , this would help avoid conglomerates , branches are usually very small , and something bigger is not occupied , or another tip could be that one is anticipated to dial and when it arrives they only have to scan them without.
