Pero el viernes llegó un paquete a la sucursal Rosales, yo quede en recogerlo a la sucursal y no me avisaron que ya estaba allí el paquete. Hasta el día lunes fui por el, después de hacer una llamada para averiguar si ya había llegado. De haber sabido, hubiera ido desde el viernes que llegó.

But on Friday a package arrived at the Rosales branch, I arranged to pick it up at the branch and they did not notify me that the package was already there. I sent my CPU through this package and it came to me with a broken lens. It is working luckily but I would not send something with them again. Too bad because the people who treated me were nice.
