★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor paqueteria ,tengo esperando una compra desde el 3 al 6 de mayo y nunca me llego y cada rato me marca diferente fecha de entrega ,y eso que un pakete me llego super rapido pero ahorita ya se pasaron ...por eso prefiero ala paqueteria de dhl
 The worst package, I am waiting for a purchase from May 3 to 6 and it never arrived and every time it marks a different delivery date, and that a package arrived super fast but right now they are over ... that's why I prefer wing dhl parcel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nula atención a mi paquete, me decían que el retraso era culpa de aduana y después de 34 días me hablaron para pedirme una disculpa porque traían mi paquete extraviado, al parecer de 1 a 3 días llega mi paquete ya que tuve que redirigirlo, en total ha costado más de 10 mil pesos mexicanos el enrutamiento y aun no tengo nada en mis manos. Excelentes cobrando, pésimos sirviendo.
Terrible service, no attention to my package, they told me that the delay was the fault of customs and after 34 days they called me to ask for an apology because they brought my lost package, apparently my package arrived in 1 to 3 days since I had to redirect it , in total it has cost more than 10 thousand Mexican pesos for routing and I still have nothing in my hands. Excellent charging, lousy serving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only do they give a bad service, they steal your package.. it's as if you are not dealing with fedex employees but thieves, and I don't doubt there are managers or supervisors involved in stealing too..
My package never arrived home.. They scanned it when it arrived to their warehouse facility, and that was it,, it never went out on the field to be delivered to me..
You all have been WARNED!!! Do not use under any circumstance neither one of these Fed Ex locations or their service in Reynosa.. When you purchase anything online, ask who they are using to deliver your purchase.
