★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, solo que su corte para enviar los paquetes lo hacen muy temprano, alrededor de las 16:00, y después de eso salen hasta el día siguiente a la misma hora.
 Good service, only that your court to send the packages do it very early, around 4:00 p.m., and after that they leave until the next day at the same time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tiempo de entrega es adecuado muy bien porque su servicio es rápido pero su atención con el cliente deja mucho que desear el trato persona a persona en las sucursales es malo .
The delivery time is adequate very well because their service is fast but their attention with the client leaves much to be desired person-to-person treatment in the branches is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depende quien esté atendiendo, pero me he topado con despachadores que le dan preferencia a las mujeres y se la pasan platicando por teléfono. Desde mi punto de vista, DHL tiene mejor servicio que Fedex ya que hace mejor filtro al momento de contratar.
It depends on who is attending, but I've run into dispatchers who give preference to women and spend their time talking on the phone. From my point of view, DHL has better service than Fedex since it makes a better filter when hiring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca entregan a tiempo. Las mentiras a la orden del día, dicen que fueron y no es verdad... English: Deliveries are NEVER on time. They always lie, saying nobody was in the address. You complain and NOBODY cares. The ladies on call center are really nice, BUT nothing happens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increíble que si vas en sábado para enviar un paquete para que llegue en 24 hs., al destino indicado, no sea posible que llegue el domingo por qué resulta que en domingo no trabajan.
