★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsables es poco, si hubiera un -5 estrellas se las daría entregan los paquetes con retrasos de más de 3 semanas , si logran entregar tu paquete después de muchos "intentos de entrega" lo recibes en malas condiciones roto con rayaduras mal mal mal. Piénsatelo 10 veces antes de elegir este servicio de paqueteria.
Irresponsible is little, if there were a -5 stars they would be given the packages with delays of more than 3 weeks, if they manage to deliver your package after many "delivery attempts" you receive it in bad condition broken with scratches bad bad bad. Think 10 times before choosing this parcel service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atención. Siempre hay un pero. Para no mandar mi paquete. No hay sistema o solo hay envíos ordinarios. Voy a otra sucursal y no tengo problema. Por eso deje de ir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención en la sucursal y en general de Fedex. Antes lo usaba para todos los envíos pero desde que bajaron mucho la calidad de servicio y no saben si las guías son auténticas a pesar de comprarlas en su página de internet y con tarjeta de crédito.
Actualización: contacte al servicio Fedex por la página de internet para poner mi queja oficialmente, pero, me contestaron que ellos están bien en sus procedimientos. El final yo soy el que está mal por querer usar su servicio.
Very bad service at the branch and in general from Fedex. Before I used it for all shipments but since the quality of service dropped a lot and they don't know if the guides are authentic despite buying them on their website and with a credit card.
Update: I contacted the Fedex service through the website to make my complaint officially, but they replied that they are fine with their procedures. The end I am the one who is wrong for wanting to use your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El joven que atiende en el mostrador se molestó al solicitarle información sobre los envíos. Responde de mala manera, aun cuando tu hablas de forma cortés. En mi caso, era la primera vez que realizaba un envío por lo que tenia dudas, pero pareciera que uno ya debería de saber todo antes de presentarse ahí. Si tienen oportunidad, vayan a otra sucursal.
The young man at the counter was upset when he asked for information about the shipments. Respond in a bad way, even when you speak politely. In my case, it was the first time that I had sent a shipment so I had doubts, but it seems that one should already know everything before going there. If you have a chance, go to another branch.
