★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De los tres míseros puntos de recolección uno no lo abrieron y el otro no existe por lo que sólo tiene una sucursal en todooooo Torreón fatal esta compañía prefiero dejar de vender en Mercadolibre que seguir siendo obligado a mandar mis paquetes aquí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio!!!! No contestan en ningún lado solo descuelgan el teléfono!!! Les recuerdo señores de FedEx, no nos estan regalando los envíos!! Ustedes están cumpliendo con un trabajo por el que se les paga y es frustrante no tener información de por qué cambian las fechas de entrega y lo dejan a uno esperando el día entero!! No se merecen ni una estrella. Lamentablemente la gente sigue haciendo uso de estas empresas por necesidad pero que no sirven para nada!!!
Terrible service!!!! They don't answer anywhere they just pick up the phone !!! I remind you gentlemen of FedEx, you are not giving us shipments! You are doing a job for which you are being paid and it is frustrating not having information about why the deadlines change and leave you waiting the whole day! They don't deserve a single star. Unfortunately people continue to use these companies out of necessity but they are useless!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De todos los FedEx que he visitado en este son muy eficientes, solo llegó entrego mi paquete y mi guía, me la sellan y listo, ni 3 minutos se tardan.
Of all the FedEx I have visited in this one, they are very efficient, I only delivered my package and my guide, they sealed it and that's it, not even 3 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, pese a que ya no cuentan con linea telefonica en las sucursales, en el centro de atencion a clientes que habilitaron no sirve de nada y con todo respeto no resuelven. Dos ocasiones me enviaron una papeleria y en ninguna de ellas me llego el paquete al domicilio marcado, tuve que ir por ellos a la zona Industrial....QUE PESIMO SERVICIO!! jamas me dieron solucion a nada. OJOOO, PUSE LA ESTRELLA PORQUE LA SOICITAN, PERO ME LA QUEDAN A DEBER
Terrible service, despite the fact that they no longer have a telephone line in the branches, in the customer service center that they enabled it is useless and with all due respect they do not resolve. Two occasions they sent me a stationery store and on none of them did I get the package to the marked address, I had to go to the Industrial area for them .... WHAT A PESIMO SERVICE !! They never gave me a solution to anything. OJOOO, I PUT THE STAR BECAUSE THEY SOICIT IT, BUT THEY REMAIN IT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por quería de servicio, los repartidores son groseros, irresponsables huevones, quieren que salga uno a un punto rápido para ellos, cuando reciben en mostrador pésima actitud, mala cara mal servicio, cierran en horas que debe estar abierto.
For want of service, the delivery men are rude, irresponsible jerks, they want one to go out quickly for them, when they receive a lousy attitude at the counter, bad face bad service, they close in hours that should be open.
