La última que me hizo fue romper el envoltorio de la caja para decirme que " como la caja era de Suavitel no se podía mandar " porque ahora no me pudo poner trabas con la guía prepagada que adquirí. Me vende una caja y mete mi caja " esa que no se podía mandar " dentro de la caja que me vendió... Pues no que no se podía?! ACLARO no envío detergente NI PRODUCTOS SOSPECHOSOS COMO ME INSINUO! Estoy muy conciente y siempre siempre utilizo cajas limpias, cartón grueso. Espero que puedan tomar medidas a la brevedad posible , estoy segura que no soy la única persona con este mismo problema con ella. Mal rato, mala atención, atención lenta, le falta capacitación y curso intensivo de trato al cliente.
