Fedex en otros lugares brinda un servicio muy bueno, pero en particular Fedex Pachuca de mineral de la reforma da un muy mal servicio. Hago muchas compras en mercado libre y muchos de mis proveedores les manda el servicio de Fedex pero no me llega a tiempo, y tengo que hablar a servicio al cliente para que precionen a la oficna de mineral de la reforma para que me envien mi paquete. y parece que contratan distribuidores externos porque ni sus camionetas ni su personal esta identificado como fedex. Los que llevan de mercado libre con guía impresa y solo deben entregar, deberían tener quien les reciba para los que la cola no se haga tan larga y a la intemperie y más aún en invierno. Corre uno el riesgo de agarrar una pulmonía. La única señorita que está ahí atendiendo aparte de ser lenta e ineficiente porque solo anda de un lado a otro sin hacer nada, es una grosera! Lastima!
