hay suficiente personal para que se turnen sus horarios de comida no inventen, qué pésimo servicio
a demás siempre Maltratan mucho los paquetes... Mejor DHL, esta a un lado.
 They have lunch hours!!! not that it was a ranch.
there is enough staff for them to take turns their meal times don't make up what lousy service
to others they always mistreat the packages a lot... Better DHL, it's on one side.

Their lunch hours are from 1:30 to 3 pm, I arrived at 1:29 and the door was still open. I wanted to enter and they told me that they would open until 3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en mostrador excelente, el servicio de FedEx pésimo, envíe un paquete a Villahermosa Tabasco y nunca acudieron al domicilio del destinatario, el único día que se comunicaron con él para confirmar el domicilio no acudieron y reportaron que no había nadie para recibir y retornaron el paquete. Esto duro casi 2 semanas, ahora estoy tratando de recuperar el mismo paquete en estas oficinas ya que por mi trabajo no es posible me encuentren en remitente.
Para nada recomiendo a partir de hoy FEDEX!
The excellent counter service, the lousy FedEx service, I sent a package to Villahermosa Tabasco and they never went to the recipient's address, the only day they contacted him to confirm the address they did not come and reported that there was no one to receive and they returned the package. This lasted almost 2 weeks, now I am trying to retrieve the same package in these offices since because of my work it is not possible to find me in sender.
I do not recommend FEDEX at all from today!
