★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del lugar, no es mala, la paquetería en general siempre es muy lenta, aún que pagues el envío express, carísimo por cierto. Nunca llega a tiempo, pero la atención en esta sucursal en buena. :)
 The attention of the place, is not bad, the parcel in general is always very slow, even if you pay express delivery, very expensive indeed. It never arrives on time, but the attention at this branch is good. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lucho Gutiérrez tiene razon. La atención no es mala, el problema es el servicio de paquetería en si. No puedes pedir que te dejen paquetes a ocurre por qué te lo mandan a Tapachula de todos modos y tienes que esperar a que te lo traigan a domicilio 2 o 3 día después.
Lucho Gutierrez is right. The attention is not bad, the problem is the parcel service itself. You cannot ask for packages to happen because they send it to Tapachula anyway and you have to wait for it to be delivered to your home 2 or 3 days later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay fallas, no se si fui yo, o mercado libre, total me enviaron mi paquete a Mapastepec (veo que no he sido el unico), y no dan la opción de recoger en tuxtla, teniendo ahi un centro de distribución según el seguimiento de la compra. Deberían ser mas flexibles al final es un paso obligado en la devolución de los paquetes, y no salgan con la jalada de "mandalo a sugerencias de la página", fuera dificil sacar el enlace de la opinion e informar a sus superiores.
There are flaws, I don't know if it was me, or the free market, they sent my package to Mapastepec (I see I wasn't the only one), and they don't give the option to pick it up in tuxtla, having a distribution center there according to the follow-up of the purchase. They should be more flexible in the end, it is an obligatory step in the return of the packages, and do not go out with the pull of "send it to page suggestions", it would be difficult to remove the link from the opinion and inform your superiors.
