G	Gabriel Cruz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FedEx como tal no me ha fallado, su seguimiento es bueno, sus entregas seguras y son los menos caros (salvo por RedPack), pero el encargado de esta oficina es grosero y prepotente, y su compañera de apoyo no tiene experiencia en el manejo y cuidado de los paquetes los cuales los maneja mal al punto de destruirlos inecesariamente... la ubicación es buena, pero está mejor la oficina de Terán, aunque se tenga que caminar un poco más. FedEx as such has not failed me, their tracking is good, their deliveries are safe and they are the least expensive (except for RedPack), but the manager of this office is rude and pushy, and his support partner has no experience in handling and Take care of packages which mishandles them to the point of destroying them unnecessarily ... the location is good, but the Terán office is better, even if you have to walk a little more.

J	Jorge Laguna Cabañas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buena atención del personal, pero muy desilusionado con el servicio de entrega de paquetería a San Francisco Ixhuatlán, muy caro y tardado por un paquete pequeño, veré otras opciones a futuro. deja mucho que desear el servicio de logística..... adicional el día de hoy me presento para enviar una caja que reduje por espacio de lo que iba a transportar y el encargado me dice, no le puedo enviar sus cosas en esa caja porque es de Nutrioli y está contaminada, si gusta le cotizo el servicio con una caja nuestra... ni se tomo el tiempo de ver si la caja estaba como el decía, la caja está limpia, sin una sola mancha de aceite. caray capacitenlos para toma de decisiones y sentido común. Felicito a Estafeta, si ESTAFETA, que si acepto el envío en esa caja. good attention from the staff, but very disappointed with the parcel delivery service to San Francisco Ixhuatlán, very expensive and delayed for a small package, I will see other options in the future. Pero nos gustaría ser atendidos con una actitud diferente de la señora que atiende en esa sucursal, ya son demasiadas opiniones recalcando el mal servicio que brinda. Encargados administradores hagan algo por favor. Como sugerencia a los ciudadanos de Tuxtla, vayan a otra sucursal mientras esa persona siga trabajando ahi. The Fedex Tracking, Cost and Delivery time service is Good. But we would like to be treated with a different attitude from the lady who attends that branch, there are already too many opinions emphasizing the poor service it provides. Aún faltando 10 minutos para 1:30 la señorita prepotente cierra y no atiende, no quiere trabajar. Vamos a proceder con la queja. Terrible service from a lady who attends. It's like I don't even trust sending anything with them... I had to wait for them to put the bar code sticky on the package, because it seemed that they cared more to see what was inside... they didn't put the sticky, they made it cardiac .I just need to tell them, give me the goop, I know about those things, man... only one side is the one that hits Wee???
