★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te niegan venderte insumos, que no tienen, que no les han surtido. Personal poco empatico, 0 calidad en el servicio. Ocupó la plataforma de skydropx haciendo más de 100 envíos semanales y tantos requisitos que en otras oficinas no me piden. Prefiero ir hasta Tecamac que regresar. Haré el reporte correspondiente
Terrible service, they refuse to sell you supplies, which they do not have, which they have not supplied. Little empathetic staff, 0 quality of service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya van varias veces que me rompen los paquetes frágiles, no se como le hacen ya que solo me pasa con ellos, supongo no leen las calco manías y advertencias que dicen que es frágil. Aseguren en exceso sus paquetes, no escatiman en unicel o lo que haga falta para amortiguar ya que su paquete correrá peligro siempre en FedEx
It's been several times that they break my fragile packages, I don't know how they do it since it only happens to me with them, I guess they don't read the stickers and warnings that say it's fragile. Over-insure your packages, do not skimp on Styrofoam or whatever it takes to cushion since your package will always be in danger at FedEx
