★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, si vas a pagar en efectivo tendrás que llevar el neto total del costo por el envío, ya que ellos no tienen cambio y por lo tanto te cancelan el envío, literal te mandan a cambiar para que pagues en efectivo, no les importa que el paquete ya esté en el sistema, solo lo cancelan y ya, aún así se molestan cuando les haces el comentario de que ellos tendrían que tener cambio. Jamás regreso a esta sucursal.
Terrible service, if you are going to pay in cash you will have to take the total net of the cost for the shipment, since they do not have change and therefore they cancel the shipment, they literally send you to change so that you pay in cash, they do not care that the package is already in the system, they just cancel it and that's it, they still get annoyed when you make the comment that they should have change. I will never return to this branch.
